Consulting Services: We provide consulting services to help our customers determine what their exact needs may be. We will either visit your site or review videotapes of the lines you have had televised to determine if any repairs are needed.
Hydraulic Sewer Cleaning: Hydraulic sewer cleaners are trucks designed for cleaning storm lines, sanitary sewers, culverts, drain tile, sewage treatment plants, and stations. This truck utilizes low-water consumption at very high operating pressures and scours the interior of the pipe while removing the sludge, grease, detergent build-up, and other debris. It pulls the debris back into the manhole where it is caught and removed. The manholes are sprayed with high-pressure water, making this procedure the most efficient and dependable weapon available to combat routine and emergency sewer pipe problems.
Closed-Circuit Televising: Closed-circuit televising is a method of inspection and is invaluable in the dedication of new lines before municipalities will assume their responsibility. We will be able to locate points of infiltration, broken pipes, sags, and dips in all types of lines. Line inspection will be recorded on VHS videotape or CD-ROM for review, from which repair recommendations will be made.
Pressure Grouting?-Inch to 30-Inch Lines: This method of repair is accomplished by utilizing an inflatable packer unit that is pulled into position and set at the point needing repair. The chemical grout, which is a sealing gel, is then injected and displaced to seal the leak. The grout gels on contact, forming a watertight and permanent seal at the former point of infiltration, filling the void outside the pipe and stabilizing the soil. The entire operation is observed on the inline camera and viewed in the TV truck on the monitor. A video recording is made and presented to the customer at the completion of the work.
Link-Pipe Stainless Steel Grout Sleeves: Unlike many other sewer relining methods, application of the link-pipe grouting sleeve results in a permanent structure repair. This repair can be accomplished in as little as 30 minutes with a warranty of more than 100 years. Sizes range from 6 inches to 48 inches.
Smoke Testing Services: This work is performed by placing a plug in the pipe on one side of the manhole. A blower motor is placed on top of the manhole, smoke sticks are ignited, and the blower forces the smoke into the line. As the smoke fills the line and encounters breaks, it will work its way up through the ground and be visible to the crews watching for the locations of the breaks.
Bypass Pumping: Often when lines back up, bypass pumping is required. This is performed by placing a plug at the upstream manhole and then running an aboveground line to the immediate downstream manhole. This will enable the crews to be able to work on the line that is either blocked or broken.
Sectional Lining: The installation of a liner within a pipe is defined as the rehabilitation of an existing line. The installation of an epoxy impregnated fiberglass composite, which is formed into a freely overlapping tube from a sheet, is then pulled into the point needing repair. This entire process is viewed on the TV monitor inside the truck to ensure proper placement, and the video of the repair is then given to the customer.
Preventative Maintenance Programs: These programs are designed to prevent the emergency calls that are often required. By putting your establishment on a semiannual or quarterly cleaning contract, your cost can be kept down, and your lines can be kept flowing properly.
Manhole Grouting and Restoration: This method of restoration and grouting stops all infiltration and exfiltration, as well as the deterioration of your manhole walls from the various types of gases. Various spray-on coatings are available based upon your needs.
New Site Dedication Work: This is the flushing and televising of lines before final dedication to municipal sewer authorities.
